•Senior Citizen age 65 or older

•Annual TB and Physical Exam 

•Self feeding

•Non-combative/Non-wandering

*COVID vaccine card preferred 

An initial 30 day assessment period provided for families and the Center to confirm service needs.

With guidance from the member and their caregivers at home,  the Center staff design personal care plans to assist each individual.  

Services are customized around the type of assistance needed.

Meals are prepared, served and monitored to ensure safe and nutritious eating.  

Restroom charting, member participation in activities, member experiences and satisfaction as well as staff feedback is regularly shared with families.

Dining Services

Lunch catering is provided daily with each meal ordered according to individual care plans.  Special need diets and attention to well-balanced menu selections such as low sodium, diabetic and soft foods, are accommodated. Each snack and beverages are served in compliance with Hawaii Nutrition Care Program standards.

Located in Kailua town, the Center offers affordable rates, and schedules tailored to family members considerations.
