Interested in learning if Windward Senior Day Care Center is the right fit for your loved one?

 

Take advantage of our complimentary day of care so you and your kūpuna can experience our high-quality programming for yourselves. 

 

Once you complete a complimentary visit, if you decide that we are a good fit, we work with you and your kūpuna to design a care plan tailored to their individual needs.

 

An initial 30-day assessment period is provided for families and our center to confirm service needs.

Eligibility

  • Senior Citizen age 65 or older or adult with a disability

  • Annual TB and Physical Exam Required

 

  • Self-feeding

​​

  • Non-combative/Non-wandering

​​

  • COVID vaccine card preferred (but not required)

Daily Rates & Fees

  • $50 Registration Fee (one-time fee)

  • $75 Per Day (Monday - Friday / 7:00 am to 5:00 pm) 

​​

Saturdays (our Saturday program has been temporarily suspended)

General Terms

  • Fees are non-refundable

  • Additional charges for late pick-up

​​

  • Fees are payable on the 10th of each month (in advance of services)

Ready to schedule your complimentary day of care? 

Though we'd love nothing more than to provide free services to all of our current kūpuna, complimentary day visits are for first-time participants only.

A one-time $50 application fee is also required.
