Interested in learning if Windward Senior Day Care Center is the right fit for your loved one?

 

Take advantage of our complimentary day of care so you and your kÅ«puna can experience our high-quality programming for yourselves. 

 

Once you complete a complimentary visit, if you decide that we are a good fit, we work with you and your kÅ«puna to design a care plan tailored to their individual needs.

 

An initial 30-day assessment period is provided for families and our center to confirm service needs.

Eligibility

  • Senior Citizen age 65 or older or adult with a disability

  • Annual TB and Physical Exam Required

 

  • Self-feeding

​​

  • Non-combative/Non-wandering

​​

  • COVID vaccine card preferred (but not required)

Daily Rates & Fees

  • $50 Registration Fee (one-time fee)

  • $75 Per Day (Monday to Saturday)

​​​

Accepting Medicaid and other long-term care insurance plans.

General Terms

  • Fees are non-refundable

​​

  • Additional charges for late pick-up

​​

  • Fees are payable on the 10th of each month (in advance of services)

Though we'd love nothing more than to provide free services to all of our current kūpuna, complimentary day visits are for first-time participants only.

A one-time $50 application fee is also required.
