Torri was born and raised in Kaneohe. She completed a B.S. in exercise science and post-graduate certificate in gerontology at Pacific University and an M.S. in counseling psychology at Chaminade University Honolulu. She loves dogs and going to the beach. She has been with WSDCC since 2016, starting off as a caregiver and then working with the activities and food programs. She is honored to continue serving this little community of kupuna and family caregivers.

Sadie M. Carnes (Coarsey) was a former Nationally Certified Activity Director and Executive Director of Windward Senior Day Care Center and Leedham Adult Day Care Center and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2014. 

Elle Wilhite is a former caregiver and interactive arts director. She is currently a Tai Chi and Qigong instructor for the senior community. She has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2024.

Elizabeth Aulsebrook, MEd: retired Administrator at Ke Kula ʻo Kamakau. Civic: KAI LOA, Inc. Secretary; Association of Fund Raising Professionals; lifetime member Girl Scouts; UH Alumni Association & the Vanderbilt University Alumni Association.

Helen Yurong, RN, MS, MSN has a master's degree in Community Health Planning and Administration and a master's degree in Burn and Trauma Nursing. After teaching paramedics on the mainland and in Hawaii for ten years, she worked in Clinical Staff Education and Training for the Navy. She retired with 30 years of Naval service. 

Rose Davis, Kailua resident since 1961. Supporter of WSDCC from 1999 and presently serving for a second term on the board. She has been a part of and now facilitates our monthly caregiver support group meeting.

Barbra Green was raised in Micronesia and Hawaii. She received a bachelor's from UH Hilo and a master's from UH Manoa. Her career included being the state director for the Hawaii Elderhostel program for 25 years through the University of Hawaii at Hilo. During her career, she enjoyed working with senior citizens and laughs and says now she is one!

Dale Vincent, MD, FACP, was born in San Antonio, Texas, and has resided in Kailua since 1989. A West Point graduate, he retired from the U.S. Army Medical Corps as Chief of Medicine at Tripler Army Medical Center after 29 years of service. Subsequently, he joined the faculty of the John A. Burns School of Medicine and later returned to Tripler as the Internal Medicine Program Director. Board-certified in Internal Medicine and specializing in Geriatrics, he holds master's degrees in public health and academic medicine. He is particularly honored and delighted to serve on the WSDCC Board, providing support to our seniors and their families in Windward Oahu.
